As I look around for resources, one that has impressed me is Blue Zones. Check out this video from www.bluezones.com many of the principles could well be applied to clergy wellness.

Welcome to Clergy Wellness, a blog for those interested in helping clergy have healthy and meaningful ministry.
I served as a priest in the Episcopal Church for 33 years. Was Asst. in 2 parishes, Rector of 4, Interim of 8 (including a Lutheran parish), in 5 dioceses. In 2005 I retired, in 2006 I left the ministry because of a clergy wellness issue. Went through a long dark night of the soul and am now emerging with a new type of ministry.
During and after my ministry I was also a free-lance writer, National Guard Chaplain, Adjunct Faculty member, Spiritual Director, ADHD Coach, substitute teacher, Hypnotherapist, and more. I'm now beginning to establish a practice as a Ministry Coach and Consultant. I'd like to use my experience, training, and skills to help those presently engaged in ministry.

The purpose of this blog is to explore resources for clergy wellness. That is really an issue today as our society changes and is more stressful in so many ways.
